Physio, or physiotherapy, is a health care profession which implies identifying and maximizing quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation. Physio is not meant to make miracles. It is just an auxiliary treatment used alongside the traditional medicine. The treatment is used to alleviate pain and increase the mobility of muscles and bones.
